Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern registration for and participation in the sailing summer camps organized by A.S.D. Campi del Vento – Amateur Sports Association, c.da Santa Chiara 15, 25122 Brescia (BS), Italy, Tax Code 98193930173. Submitting the registration form constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Registration and association membership

The registration form serves as an application to join the Association and UISP (Unione Italiana Sport Per Tutti), to which we are affiliated, including the related membership and insurance coverage. A separate form must be completed for each child registered. Registration is finalized only upon receipt of the payment described in section 2.

2. Participation fee and payment

The fee is paid by bank transfer, in one or two instalments:

• 50% on booking — the booking is valid only once the transfer has been received;
• 50% at least two weeks before boarding.

Reference: child's name and camp dates (e.g. Mario Rossi 1/7 – 8/7 2026).

3. Participation in activities

The parent/guardian authorizes their child to take part in the summer camp and in all recreational, sporting and educational activities, including swimming in open, unprotected waters (snorkeling), always under the supervision of the Association's staff.

4. Liability waiver and limitation of liability

The parent/guardian releases and holds the management and A.S.D. Campi del Vento harmless from any liability for wilful or negligent damage caused directly or indirectly by their child to third parties. The Association is further released from any liability for anything that may occur before and after the camp's start and end dates and times indicated on the registration form.

5. Health, allergies and administration of medicines

The parent/guardian must inform us in advance, at registration, of any allergies, food intolerances, illnesses, ongoing treatments or other information relevant to the child's safety. At registration, authorization is requested for the administration of Tachipirina (paracetamol) or equivalent in case of high fever, while awaiting medical assistance. Health data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Required documents

Each participant must bring:

• an identity document;
• the health card (tessera sanitaria);
• a medical certificate for non-competitive sporting activity (or competitive, if already held).

7. What to bring and departure information

The recommended packing list, boarding and disembarking times and places, contacts during the camp and other logistical information are available on the Departure Information page. Please review it before departure.

8. Images and personal data

During registration, optional consent is requested for the publication of photos and videos taken during the camp, solely on the Association's website and Facebook and Instagram pages. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Communications and contacts

During the camp you can contact the skipper and guide at the numbers provided, within the indicated time window (usually 19:00–20:00), except in urgent cases. The office is always reachable and informed of the itineraries. For any request: info@campidelvento.com.

10. Changes

The Association reserves the right to modify itineraries, dates or programmes for reasons of safety, sea and weather conditions, or force majeure. These terms may be updated periodically; any changes will be published on this page.
